Sérignan naturist beach is a marvellous beach of fine sand, just in front of the naturist campsites "Sérignan Plage Nature" and "Le Clos de Ferrand".
By consequence, it is a very busy beach with lots of families.
Of course, the beach is also easily accessible if you don't stay in one of these naturist campsites. A big free car park is available. You have access to the naturist beach by a tiny path through the dunes. It is clearly signposted. Impossible to miss it.
Sérignan naturist beach is located in the southwest of Sérignan-Les-Plages, on the border of Orpellières nature reserve. We also could have called it : Sérignan naturist beach, Sérignan-Plage naturist beach, Sérignan-Les-Plages naturist beach, Orpellières naturist beach or even Naturist beach of the campsites "Sérignan Plage Nature" and "Le Clos de Ferrand" !
Sérignan naturist beach is an official naturist beach. It is limited by the boards with the inscription "Zone naturiste", i.e. naturist area.
The naturist beach has a lifeguard post from where the bathers are guarded during the day time, with lifeguards who can intervene in case of problem.
There is also a beach volleyball court for the naturists !
At last, in 2019, Sérignan-Les-Plages had the blue flag certification which guarantees the quality of the bathing water.
On our most recent visit, the 15th of August 2019, there was a lot of people, despite a rather annoying northern wind.

Sérignan naturist beach is located in the southwest of Sérignan-Les-Plages. It goes from Orpellières nature reserve until the naturist campsites "Le Clos de Ferrand" and "Sérignan Plage Nature".
Sérignan-Les-Plages is located in the Hérault, in the Occitanie region, between the seaside resorts Valras-Plage, at the west and Vias-Plage at the east. Sérignan counts about 7000 permanent inhabitants.

How to reach Sérignan naturist beach ?
1 Join Sérignan-Les-Plages by the D 37E11.
2 Just after the board at the entry of Sérignan-Les-Plages, take the first to your right, by following "Le Sérignan-Plage nature".
3 After a long straight road, take to the left, in the direction of "Le Sérignan-Plage Nature".
4 About hundred metres farther, enter in the car park 1, on the right and park. This car park is big and for free.
5 Walk towards the beach by taking, one of the two possibilities. The path in the left corner of the car park, parallel to the road, will lead you directly to the middle of Sérignan naturist beach. The path at the right corner of the parking (see photos), will lead you to the western part of the naturist beach, just in front of the board "Zone naturiste".
6 The more you walk in the northeastern direction, the more naturists you will encounter because you come closer to the naturist campsites "Le Clos de Ferrand", followed by "Sérignan Plage Nature". After the naturist beach, follows the textile campsite "Sérignan Plage" with its beach, which creates a light passing by along the shore.
